FAQs
Where is the studio?
We are located at 8510 Warner Road, Suite 150, Plain City, Ohio, 43064, just down the road from Costco in Dublin/Plain City. We have our own huge parking lot so plenty of spaces right in front of the studio.
What is lagree?
Lagree Fitness is a workout method developed by Sebastien Lagree that combines elements of strength training and cardio into a high-intensity, low-impact workout. All of our Lagree classes are done on a microformer, which utilizes spring resistance to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously through slow, controlled movements, aiming to improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Are Lagree + Pilates the Same?
Lagree Fitness and Pilates share some similarities, such as a focus on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements. However, there are several key differences between the two.
While Pilates is typically more low-intensity, Lagree is high-intensity including components of strength training and cardio. Lagree emphasizes working multiple muscle groups simultaneously through continuous, slow, and controlled movements, while Pilates often focuses on isolated muscle engagement and precise alignment.
Overall, while both Lagree Fitness and Pilates offer effective workouts for improving strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, Lagree tends to be more intense and dynamic, while Pilates may appeal to those seeking a gentler, yet still challenging, approach to fitness.

Are classes okay for beginners?
ABSOLUTELY. Our coaches have been extensively trained to offer modifications and challenges as needed to meet the needs of all students in class, while also pushing you to be the strongest version of yourself. The perfect starting point is now.
Do you allow late arrivals?
To ensure the safest experience for all students, we have a strict no late arrival policy. Our cycle classes require proper bike set-up each class and are also a full-blown production with lights. Often times, we are in the dark and a late arrival poses a safety risk for the client, as well as interrupts the experience for all participating in class. We pride ourselves in offering more than just a fitness class but an immersive experience, and in order to do this, we do require all arrive early for class.
What can i expect my first class?
Be prepared to be greeted with a big “HEY, WE ARE SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE!” Make sure to arrive early so we can get you all checked in, give you the grand tour of the studio, and get you acclimated to your new fave fitness community.
We have lockers down the hall to the left where you can store your belongings. Although we do not have a designated locker room, we do have a spacious and clean bathroom where you can change if needed.
Forget your drink? We got you! We have chilled drinks available for purchase for $2.50 and can quickly check you out with the card on file on your account. We also have a filtered water bottle station you can use to fill up your own water bottle.
Street shoes are not allowed in the studio rooms, so you can change into your grip socks for Lagree (we sell these for $12 if you need a pair) or your cycle shoes for cycle and then head into the room.
There is a map of each room at the entrance of the door to help you locate your machine. Each machine is numbered and we are always happy to help you find your spot if needed.
It’s okay to feel totally outside of your comfort zone during class those first couple of times as you get used to the way it sounds, the way it feels, the way it works… but we hope you feel right at home with the surrounding energy and community. We know how hard it is to show up and try something new, so we want to celebrate all those small wins with you during and after class!
